'OakBrushStudio' was born out of a single goal: to introduce authentic Napoli-style pizza to London. Set up by the Bianchi household in 1985, our pizza place began as a humble, family-oriented business inheriting recipes passed through many generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, mastered pizza crafting during her adventures across Italy, particularly from skilled pizza makers in Naples—the cradle of pizza. When she came back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the essence of classic Italian pizza, with an adherence to traditional practices and using only top-notch materials.
Our humble 12-seat pizza shop has blossomed into a cherished neighborhood gem, and our pledge to high standards and genuine taste remains firm. We adhere to the original wood-fired stove baking techniques, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and prioritize sourcing premium ingredients.
Currently, 'OakBrushStudio' is still in the hands of the family, as the Bianchi's next generation carries on inspiring our dedicated crew. While we have welcomed new tech advances, the core of our venture endures: producing scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites people.
